HMP-One is a next-generation hybrid additive manufacturing platform indigenously developed by HEM Dimensions and powered by proprietary patented technology. Designed for advanced prototyping and functional product development, it combines precision process control, an enclosed build environment, and a seamless digital workflow enabling innovators to transform ideas into high-performance functional products.

Founded in 2022, HEM Dimensions originated from research at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. We have since grown to become a provider of hybrid metal and polymer additive manufacturing solutions for printing functional smart electronic devices.

Our goal is to revolutionize how electronic devices are made and to transform the manufacturing with smart hybrid additive manufacturing, offering speed, cost-efficiency, and sustainability by merging pure molten metal deposition and polymer extrusion technologies.

This functional electronic device integrates a gyroscope sensor to detect motion, orientation, and acceleration in real time. HMP-One sequentially prints metal and polymer materials layer by layer, demonstrating how compact sensor-based electronic devices can be manufactured through additive manufacturing.

HMP-One enables precise metal additive manufacturing through controlled molten metal deposition, creating functional metal structures directly from digital designs. The technology supports rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing without powders, lasers, or complex post-processing.
